Returns and refund Policy.
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted products

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund as appropriate.
